🎧 Eiemgei (Giorgio Arcella) is a producer, artist and record producer with over 15 years of experience in the Italian and international music market. Born in Novara in 1987, he began his career at the age of 14 in the Big Family crew, taking his first steps in the hip hop scene until the publication of his first official album, "Miraggio" (2011), entirely self-produced. Between 2013 and 2016 he released several projects as an artist, both independent and under Doner Music (Big Fish), while one of his songs was published by the American label Mad Decent, marking an unprecedented international recognition for Italian rappers of the time. In the following years he focused on production and artistic development, working with artists such as Entics and Rocco Hunt, for whom he produced two tracks from the album "Signorhunt" (Gold certified). 🌱 In 2018 he founded AAR Music, initially a YouTube channel and then a record label and management company, with the aim of discovering, training and growing new talents. In this journey he contributed to the development of artists such as Madame, Yem, Leon Faun and gIANMARIA. I approached music starting from writing, I had an artistic journey in the first person that led me to win various contests both as an artist and as an author, since 2016 I began to approach the production and organization of video clips and I have made them for various artists such as Ultimo, Achille Lauro, Nayt, MadMan, J Ax and many others. After a period of 7 months of work for Honiro label I started working with two artists Junior Cally and Il Tre of which I am still the current manager. Since 2019 I have been in charge of the management of various artists and producers, collaborating with all the major companies from Warner to Sony music to Universal and Believe. In 2024 I founded the romance art factory srl my 360-degree management and entertainment agency which currently includes Il Tre, Jeson, Mezzosangue, Elliot, Lorenzo minozzi, Niccolò Fettarappa and the consultancy of Benjamin Ventura, Valerio Smordoni and merchandising for Villabanks, Fabrizio Moro and many others.

Mi chiamo Francesca Pogliano e il mio percorso nel mondo della musica è iniziato giovanissima, quando ho iniziato a collaborare con alcune web radio come critica musicale.
