Chukwuebuka Arnold Odimma, known in the creative world as BukaNde, is a Nigerian public servant, artist, musician and educator. He serves as an Assistant Controller of Nigeria Corrections (ACC), where discipline, rehabilitation and human dignity shape his daily work. Outside uniform, he is an artiste and art therapist who uses creative expression to heal, teach and connect people. As BukaNde, he is a singer, songwriter and choirmaster. He writes and leads music that brings voices together and gives people a way to express what words alone cannot. As an educationist, he believes learning should change lives and communities. He is also a development studies student, studying how societies grow and how policy, education and the arts can lift them. BukaNde brings together service, creativity and scholarship, and his guiding idea is that art and music can rebuild people as surely as law can protect them.
