Biography of A-jay Dynasty Obazu Ajayi George, professionally known as A-jay Dynasty, is a Nigerian songwriter, performing rapper, agriculturist, and practical farmer whose journey combines music, poetry, education, agriculture, faith, and personal expression. Born on December 8, 1983, A-jay Dynasty is an indigene of Uzebba, Owan West, Edo State, with maternal blood ties to the Urhobo people of Delta State. Although his family roots are in Edo State, he was born and raised in Ekpoma, Esan West, Edo State, where he had his primary, secondary, and first-degree education. A-jay Dynasty studied Crop Science and Agriculture and obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture (B-Agric.) degree from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State. After completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he proceeded to the University of Ibadan, where he spent another four years and obtained a master’s degree. Since completing his education, he has been involved in practical agriculture, while continuing to develop his passion for music and songwriting. His musical journey dates back to 2001, when he discovered his ability to connect words, rhyme, and meaning. His love for poetry and rap music played an important role in developing his artistic identity. A-jay Dynasty released his first album, Keeping the Fire Burning, in 2010. The project was a Christian Gospel rap album and represented an important stage in his early musical journey. Although he later moved into secular music, he continues to identify as a Christian.
