Ciro Amitrano is a multifaceted and multidisciplinary artist, whose skills range from theatrical performance, to political, journalistic and social commitment, to sound design. After graduating with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Philosophy at the Federico II University of Naples, in 2023 Ciro continued his studies with a specialization in Mixing, Mastering, Sound Design, Live Shooting, Ableton Live User at the Nut Academy. In 2024, she attended the specialization course of the Artists' Hub in Editing and Sound Design for theater and audiovisual. In 2025, he attended a Start Up strategy workshop at the Officine San Carlo, with Spicy, and Urban music production, with Lucariello; and at the Audiovisual Napoli Hub a workshop course of audio video filming techniques. Since November 2022 he has been part of the board of the Living Theatre Europa APS association, with which he promotes values of pacifism and inclusion, through his work as a sound designer, sound technician and performer. Some of his most recent work experiences as a Sound Designer, Assembler and Sound Technician, Lighting Operator include: Installer and performer in June 2026 at the happening "Under Vesuvio" in Domicella (Na) at Alessia Siniscalchi's Kultur Factory. Mix sound for the "Altri Natali" and "Napoli Fringe Festival" December 2025 festivals; "la Favola della Pace", by and with Marco Mario de Notaris, Gallerie Toledo, October 2025, as sound designer; "I Fiori di Carta" performance curated by Marco Mario de Notaris and Alessia Siniscalchi, as sound designer, Galleria Toledo, October 2025; audio-video technician for the Molino Casillo company, at the TuttoPizza Expo in Naples, Mostra d'Oltremare 19-21 May 2025; sound engineer for direct filming and mixing for the documentary "Memoirs of an entomologist" March-April 2025, Rome; Creator and curator of audio-video installations, lighting designer 13-23 March 2025, Bologna, Teatro Ridotto for the Living Theatre Europa Mysteries '25 show; Stage sound engineer for the review "Neapolitan notes: journey through the history of the sound of Naples" 16, 23, 30 November 2024. In September 2025 he won the Scaramouche Prize with the MAUPIN project, for which he is both performer and Sound Designer. At the moment he works as a Radio Speaker for Storytime Napoli. Ciro Amitrano is creative, professional and prefers teamwork, where he has a proactive and collaborative approach.
