Eude

Emanuele, aka Eude. I am 27 years old and I come from the province of Como. I grew up far from the cities, among the streets and fields, precisely, of the province. I really get passionate about music through the Blues, at the age, approximately, of fourteen or fifteen. I think that the country context has influenced my passion for this type of music. Over time I also learn to appreciate Rock in its most classic and singer-songwriter form, thanks to artists such as Springsteen, Chris Staplton, Neil Young, Ryan Adams, Tom Petty, Noel Gallagher, Ligabue, Afterhours... and I timidly begin to write the first verses, without ever really throwing myself into the fray. Many jobs here and there, both in music and not, a couple of life experiences and I arrive at twenty-seven with a couple of songs in my backpack. Voice and guitar. In my music, the recurring theme (in various forms) has to do with restlessness and bewilderment. The inability to understand how to really be in the world. The fear of staying still in the same place and not being able to really know oneself, remaining caged in the same habits, with the same people, words and thoughts. My first piece is called ''Pretende''. Recorded at ''Edac Studio'', with the help of Davide Lasala and Andrea Fognini. The song tells of a thin line between rejection and attraction. Where feeling is not something to be accepted but to be kept at a distance. It's that feeling you know you shouldn't want it, but the call is too strong to ignore. There is currently a lot more in the pipeline that I can't wait to let you hear.
