Madison Vickery

My name is Madison Vickery, and I’m a music executive and independent A&R consultant based in Los Angeles, California. I began my career at Atlantic Records while studying Sociology and Music History at UCLA, where I developed my passion for discovering talent and helping artists build successful music careers. I spent nearly eight years working in A&R across Atlantic Records, Neon Gold Records, and Big Beat Records. During that time, I had the opportunity to contribute to projects involving talented artists such as Chappell Roan, Portugal. The Man, Sir Chloe, Noga Erez, Niko Rubio, MAY-A, Arlie, and Electric Guest. My work also included contributions to Portugal. The Man’s Grammy-winning album Woodstock. In 2023, I transitioned into independent work as an A&R consultant and creative advisor, supporting artists, record labels, managers, and publishers. Working independently allows me to focus on creative development, help artists discover their unique sound, build strong musical catalogs, and develop strategies for long-term success. Right now I’m looking to work with a talented artist and make them a celebrity and I can make any artist a celebrity within a year.
