Felice Lenoci | Founder @ THE MUSIC X | Music Business Specialist "From the analysis of the rights connected in the Major to the development of independent artists. Because behind the numbers there are always people." I know the music industry on both sides of the fence: I know what it's like to write and produce music myself, and I know how the economic flows that sustain it work. My path starts from an analytical basis: after a degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Music Business at Luiss, I worked in Milan at Sony Music Italy in the role of Neighbouring Rights Analyst. In that experience I learned to manage the economic mechanism of related rights, a fundamental (and often ignored) technical aspect for the real sustainability of a recording project. Today, back in Puglia, I founded THE MUSIC X, a management, marketing and consulting structure for emerging artists. My goal is to give independent talent the strategic, organizational and contractual tools to compete in today's market. What I do on Hat Music: Music Business & Rights Consultancy: I help artists understand how to move, how to protect themselves and how to collect what is due to them (royalties, related rights, optimization of releases). Management & Strategy: 360° operational support to transform music from a simple "creative outlet" to a sustainable professional project. Development and Artistic Direction: I support projects in the care of identity, narrative and positioning. Networking: I created the format "800 KM di Musica" (born during Milan Music Week) to create a real bridge between Apulian talents and professionals of the national industry. My manifesto: #PERSONEOLTRELAMUSICA In a market obsessed with fast metrics, I choose to value people before releases. I am looking for artists who have communicative urgency and professionals who, like me, believe that a solid strategy must be based on authentic relationships and real technical skills.
