Gabriele Antonio D’Andrea

Emerging artist born in 2003 of the Pontine scene. Born and raised in Terracina, he lives in a territorial context characterized by a strong presence of the sea and the majesty of Monte Sant'Angelo, on whose summit stands the temple dedicated to Jupiter Anxur. The artist's influences, not surprisingly, come to life from this dive into the past, in which history and mythology intertwine in an evocative scenario that culminates with the presence of Mount Circeo, which radiates magic throughout the coast. The same magic, however, obscures many problems that characterize provincial life; it is no coincidence that the artist's claim is: "open your eyes" which acronym "OYE" is reported in the stage name. Open your eyes puts the artist in a position where he can never trust anyone, not even the land in which he was born and raised, which is by nature invaded by mystery and unpredictability. In 2026 he will begin to publish the "Prophecies" which will put him, in fact, in front of a reality that only by keeping his eyes wide open, it is possible to decode.
