Giulia Gatti

I'm GIULI, singer-songwriter born in 1999. My music comes from the need to give shape to emotions, relationships and inner conflicts. At the moment I am working on a concept album in which each song is connected to a different defense mechanism, told through personal experiences and recognizable emotional situations. It is a path that crosses the way we protect ourselves, misunderstand ourselves and sometimes distance ourselves from ourselves and others. The latest release is "Non sei tu" and is the second song of the project. It is inspired by projection, or the tendency to attribute to others what actually belongs to us.
