MUSICIAN AND DRUM TEACHER FOR BEGINNERS. My name is Mattia, I am 41 years old and after many years of studies, concerts and recording studios, I decided to launch myself into teaching to convey my passion and what I can do to others. I have already been teaching privately for 1 year to some students and teaching gives me incredible satisfaction, so I would like to expand the number of my students. I am first and foremost a musician who still studies and lives the rehearsal room and the stage with passion and my goal is first and foremost to give my students the skills to start playing as soon as possible, because there is no greater emotion and satisfaction. Obviously we need to lay solid foundations first, however. My teaching method varies according to the needs and aspirations of my students. The most important thing for me is to listen to them and understand together what the path to take will be. In general, however, my method is divided into various parts, which will be complementary and will go hand in hand, obviously after an initial introductory period to the instrument. 1 - Theory: "Alphabet of notes", reading on the staff, rhythmic solfège, writing 2 - Practice on the instrument: Posture setting, hand and foot technique, technique on the snare drum, rudiments, basic and more complex tempos of various musical styles, binary and ternary grid with accents, phrasing, creativity, etc etc. 3 - Study of Songs: we will learn many songs together, from the simplest to the most complex ones according to the level 4 - Active listening: We will analyze together the style of the various drummers and the various musical genres through active listening to songs and watching videos I remember that my lessons are aimed at people of all ages as long as they are beginners or beginners, to build a path together. They will be carried out in presence, both at home and at my home (With electronic drums, or at the box where I have acoustic drums) My area is Rome Garbatella / San Paolo, but I'm willing to move a bit.
