Federica Ceppa

Federica Ceppa (Turin, 1972) From '91 to '99 press office and production coordinator at Hiroshima mon Amour, live club based in north of Italy, from 1999 to 2013 Music Video & Label Manager at MTV Networks Europe, Focused on music content aired on the various platforms, relations with labels and I was in charge of talent management during live and television events. Co-founder of adfarmandchicas, a communication and press office agency specialised in music and cinema active in Turin since 1997. Permanently collaboration with the Torino Film Festival as jury coordinator and in 2014 I co-founded the Seeyousound International Music Film Festival. From 2016 to 2019 organising director of the Sotto18 Film Festival & Campus. In the world of event production on the ground and TV, in addition to having worked over 15 years in the Italian and international events of the Viacom MTV group, I collaborate among others with Balich Wonder Studio as artistic producer, stage manager and project manager. From 2017 I've been project & content manager of the Milan Music Week and co-founded the Sicily Music Conference in 2021.
