Professional with established experience in planning and production management for cultural events, live performances and artistic residencies. I am in charge of the complete management of artistic, logistical and administrative processes, with particular expertise in tour management, activity planning and operational coordination of the teams involved. I have gained solid experience in training design, particularly in the field of courses financed by the European Social Fund (ESF), holding roles of coordination and didactic supervision. In this context, I manage complex relationships with teachers, tutors, students and partner companies for the activation and monitoring of training internships. In parallel, I take care of institutional communication, social media management and press relations, building integrated strategies for the promotion of cultural and educational projects. I possess a natural predisposition for teamwork, strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills, and I am used to working in dynamic, multidisciplinary and often complex contexts.
