My name is Francesca Pogliano and my journey in the world of music began at a very young age, when I started collaborating with some web radios as a music critic. In 2010 I created my critique blog, a free and personal space in which I talked about emerging music and the projects that most struck me for their writing, authenticity and vision. Shortly after, I started working as a manager for several emerging bands, accompanying them in their artistic and professional path, including live, productions and promotion. Today I am the manager of the singer-songwriter Ciaro and I am part of the Almae Music Label as a manager. I take care of the strategy, development and communication of the artists, with an eye always attentive to artistic coherence and connection with the public.

Alberto Arnaud, attivo dal 2003, è un manager multi-platino che opera tra mercato italiano e internazionale, specializzato nella valorizzazione di giovani artisti e nella costruzione di percorsi professionali solidi e strategici. Nel corso della sua carriera ha guidato talenti emergenti, seguendoli nella crescita artistica e professionale. I suoi artisti hanno partecipato a programmi come X Factor e Nuova Scena – Netflix, distinguendosi per identità, visione e qualità musicale. Ha collaborato con diverse realtà coinvolte nel Festival di Sanremo, prendendo parte alle edizioni: 2006, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2019.
