For five years I worked in Universal Music Italia as a product manager, taking care of several record releases: from positioning to launch strategy, from content coordination to communication, up to working with artists, managers, marketing teams, distribution and external partners. In recent years I have also been involved in the organization and coordination of events related to the promotion of projects, such as showcases, release parties and listening sessions. Today I am following and developing some emerging projects and I work as a freelance consultant alongside artists, producers, labels, management and independent projects that need strategic and practical support to focus on their direction. Concretely, I help you understand what is strong in a song or an artist, how to tell it in the right way and what actions are needed to get it to the right people: audience, platforms, media, insiders, creators or potential partners. Thanks to the experience gained in major labels, I also offer support on aspects more related to the functioning of the record market: reading and understanding of agreements and contracts, evaluation of possible collaborations with labels, distributors or other partners, orientation among the main dynamics of the music industry. The goal is not to replace specialized legal figures, but to help the artist and his team to better understand the context in which they move and to make more informed choices for their project.

I’m a music and culture-focused content and marketing professional with experience across event production, social media strategy, live coverage, and artist storytelling.I’ve led and supported artist-driven events from concept to execution. Including a Women’s Day panel celebrating women in music and a pop-up DJ set supporting a release campaign, managing creative direction, logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination while collaborating closely with artists and creative teams. For three years at STMPD RCRDS (Martin Garrix’s label), I managed and created content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, handling shooting, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking with a strong focus on audience engagement and community growth.I’ve covered major music events such as Tomorrowland, Sziget Festival, and Amsterdam Dance Event, and supported artists on tour with real-time content and social storytelling.
