Umberto Santamaria is an independent composer and music producer based in Germany. His music lives between cinematic emotion, Alternative Rock, Soul, Jazz, House and Techno House, often enriched with Mediterranean, Arabic and Balkan influences. His sound is atmospheric, intimate and visual, built from deep grooves, organic textures, warm basslines and emotional melodies. Before music became his main creative language, Umberto spent many years working in video production and post-production. That visual experience still shapes his music today. Every track is approached like a scene, a journey, a memory or a landscape. He creates music that does not simply follow trends. His focus is mood, identity and emotional truth. From hypnotic electronic rhythms to melancholic rock atmospheres, his work searches for a balance between movement and introspection.
